PT Michael Fireman told Express.co.uk: “It\u2019s common for love handles and lower belly fat to be a concern for many people.”<\/p>\n

The appearance of love handles can be due to numerous factors, fom diet to stress levels.<\/p>\n

Additional factors include activity levels, genetics, and exercise.<\/p>\n

Fireman said: “The lower abdominal area can often be the most difficult part of the body to see significant weight loss.”<\/p>\n

Yet, there are ways to achieve a more toned look without solely focusing on aerobic exercise.<\/p>\n

“Start a food diary and be mindful of your food choices and make better choices,” advised Fireman.<\/p>\n

“Use portion control or count your calories daily by using fitness trackers.”<\/p>\n

When it comes to food selection, Fireman advised to “focus on whole foods”, which will help you to feel fuller for longer.<\/p>\n
